The graduate students of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Arizona welcome abstract submissions and panel proposals to the 33rd Annual Graduate and Professional Symposium on Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian Literature, Language and Culture.
The Symposium Committee welcomes abstracts for research in Latin American and Peninsular Cultures, Literatures and Linguistics. Potential areas of interest and topics include, but are not limited to:

Abstracts can be delivered in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

5. Format (presentation, projects-in-progress or panel)*
6. Need of audiovisual equipment (or not)
*Presentations will be delivered in 15 minutes (Linguistics) and 20 minutes (Literature and Cultural Studies). Projects-in-progress presentations will be shorter and are a format for presents who seek feedback for research in a preliminary stage.
